What chocolate do you use?
We use Belgian milk chocolate 32% cocoa solids, taste samples available FOC

How big are the eggs/boxes?
The dimensions will be given with each quote, and on each template – however please request a sample FOC and you can see for yourself!

When is your last despatch date before Easter?
Easter 2017 is on 16th April. Our last day for despatch of goods is Wednesday 12th, with Thursday 13th being the last office day to sort any issues with delivery. Please note carriage outside of mainland UK will need to be despatched sooner than this.

Can you turn this around sooner than 14 working days from artwork approval?
Our production facility offers 10 working day and 5 working day express production options. These must first be approved and carry a surcharge, ask your account manager for more info!

Do you have any products suitable for a competition?
As well as our chocolate bars with winning tickets, we can print on the inside of our egg boxes. This is good for hiding a surprise win inside one (or a few) units.

Do you have any products suitable for mail campaigns?
Our speckled egg box and rabbit card fit into the Royal Mail large letter dimensions with ease, so you can keep it a cost-effective campaign

We’re struggling to get artwork sorted in time, can you help?
We have free stock designs available across our range, as well as a team of designers ready to tackle any brief.

Why are there two carriage charges?
Due to the fragile nature of hollow chocolate eggs we strongly advise these be delivered on a pallet. We will we not be liable for any breakages during transit by courier so by choosing the cheaper carriage you acknowledge this risk.

Can you supply eggs without branding?
Yes all of our easter range is available as bulk stock if you wish to package it differently.

Can foil be personalised?
No we cannot print on foil, however we can source custom colours for orders of 5000 units or more. Silver as standard.
