To ensure there is no interruption to our service, we have invested in our technology & infrastructure to ensure that all our staff can all operate remotely.
We have set in place the following protocols:
- All trained staff has access to the main switchboard via our state of the art telephone system.
- All company resources such as email, phone, webchat, enquiry & quoting systems, price lists pdfs, artwork archives, templates and other digital assets are available to all remote staff.
- Our team is in continuous contact via email, phone and Skype.
- We have secured supplier & courier alternatives in case our product and delivery sources are affected by the virus.
